Oxfam was a bit of a disappointment for me, having been in Oxfam Originals in Manchester I thought this one would have a lot more to offer, particularly as it was in Nottinghill. They seemed to have a very small amount of stock, although this could be due to the fact I went fairly close to closing time. I did spot a Burberry coat which looked in fairly good condition. The shop had a very welcoming feeling, it was playing music and people were milling around rather than looking for something in particular. I didn't like the fact that staff were moving things in front of me as I was looking, just because it was a small shop and they could've waited a little bit so it wasn't as awkward to get around the shop with my bag and wet umbrella.
They arranged their clothing into categories of the type of clothing, tops, skirts, coats, etc, which made it easier for someone who perhaps did know they were looking for something more paticular.
At the entrance they had placed more Oxfam specific products, like Oyster card cases, which I only noticed on my way out, so this can't be a very big selling point for them despite having it at the entrance. However, most people may have seen them straight away were I did not originally notice.
